Julie Bédard is head of Skadden’s International Litigation and Arbitration Group for the Americas. She focuses on complex international litigation and arbitration, including post-acquisition, shareholder and joint venture disputes, and claims pertaining to energy and infrastructure projects. Advises clients on dispute resolution strategy and served as counsel and arbitrator in international proceedings under the auspices of the ICC,AAA/ICDR and ICSID, in addition to UNCITRAL arbitrations. Ms. Bédard speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.

Julie Bédard serves as counsel and arbitrator in international proceedings under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce, the American Arbitration Association, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, in addition to UNCITRAL arbitrations. Ms. Bédard is a member of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement dispute settlement panel and also sits on the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
