June S. Dipchand is a corporate partner concentrating in mergers and acquisitions, securities law and general corporate law matters. Ms. Dipchand advises public, private and sovereign wealth fund clients in connection with various U.S. and cross-border corporate transactions, including negotiated and contested acquisitions, dispositions, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), mergers, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, carveouts, strategic investments, financings, restructurings, recapitalizations and reorganizations. In addition, she has represented numerous clients with respect to a wide array of corporate law matters, including corporate governance, SEC reporting obligations and takeover preparedness. She practices out of Skadden’s New York office, where she also manages the firm’s Canadian M&A practice for its Toronto office.
