Andrew Foster is head of Skadden’s Asia Pacific antitrust and competition practice. He has nearly 20 years of experience advising on competition regimes around the globe, focusing on China, the EU and the U.S. He has practiced in Skadden’s New York, Brussels, Beijing and Hong Kong offices, representing multinational firms in international merger control, private litigation, and U.S. and EU enforcement matters, including cartel and monopolization/dominance investigations. Mr. Foster also has significant experience in representing multinational firms in U.S. and EU enforcement matters, involving both cartel and monopolization/dominance investigations. He has assisted in obtaining conditional immunity with the European Commission and other competition law agencies, and has substantial experience representing clients in Article 101 and 102 investigations, as well as U.S. private litigation and class action matters.
