Julian Kleindorfer is the Global Co-Chair of the firm’s REIT Industry Group. Mr. Kleindorfer focuses on corporate finance, M&A, corporate governance and securities law matters for private and public companies. He brings significant experience to transactions in the real estate, hospitality, gaming, and insurance industries, including registered equity and debt offerings, private placements, board counseling and representation of special committees, and REIT roll-up and IPO transactions.
