Juan Pablo Orellana is a partner of our tax department in Dentons' Santiago office. He co-leads the Dentons Latin America and The Caribbean Tax group.
He advises and provides consultancy services to domestic and foreign clients on personal and corporate, local, and multinational tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investment transactions.
He also has broad experience in disputes, tax litigation, and administrative procedures before the Internal Revenue Service, Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic, Tax Courts, Court of Appeals, Supreme Court, and Constitutional Court.
Juan Pablo has written texts and books about tax law. He is a professor, and he was a director of postgraduate programs on tax law.
