Career
Ignacio Vargas is a partner in the Projects and Infrastructure and Litigation groups in Dentons' Santiago office.
Ignacio is recognised as one of the most prominent litigators in recent years in arbitration and litigation in the areas of infrastructure and projects in Chile.
He also has experience in international advisory services, such as legal advice to Consorcio Inti Punku, which is currently building the expansion of Jorge Chávez Airport in Lima, a project with an investment equivalent to one billion dollars.
Locally, he advises construction companies such as Sacyr, Cumbra, Solek, CJR Renewables, Keller, OHLA, amongst others, both in permanent legal advice and in their disputes.
