Gonzalo Nieto is a partner in Dentons' Santiago office. He leads our Mining Law group and co-leads the Litigation & Arbitration group.
He has extensive experience advising Chilean and foreign companies developing mining, energy, and agro-industrial projects, among others.
Gonzalo's focus is on mining law and litigation. He represents a wide range of clients in administrative proceedings and resolves their disputes and lawsuits in ordinary, special, and arbitral tribunals for mining, environmental, energy, and other matters.
