Mercedes Londoño is a partner co-leading the Intellectual Property, Technology and Data Privacy group in Dentons' Santiago office.

Mercedes has extensive experience advising Chilean and foreign companies on the prosecution and litigation in matters of trademarks, patents, technology transfer, domain names, copyrights, licensing, distribution, franchising agreements, and piracy, both in Chile and abroad, with emphasis on the member countries of the Andean Community and Latin America.

She also advises on the design of strategies in negotiation issues and contracts related to technology, such as algorithms, software, artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, and data protection.
