Luis is a partner in the Corporate Law and M&A, as well as the Banking and Finance, practice groups. With more than 15 years of experience at top-tier law firms, he plays a key role on these teams.

Luis co-leads the Corporate Law and M&A practices, actively participating in mergers and acquisitions and boasting a proven track record in managing complex transactions across various sectors, including finance, energy, infrastructure, mining, and real estate.

Furthermore, Luis has extensive experience in banking and finance and has been recognized as one of the top lawyers in this field. He has advised leading local and foreign banks, as well as various investment funds and foreign multilateral institutions. He has also advised sponsors and creditors on the development and financing of their projects in Chile—particularly in the energy sector—supporting them throughout every stage of these projects.
