José Domingo Villanueva is a partner in the Environment and Natural Resources group in Dentons' Santiago office.
His practice focuses on assisting domestic and foreign clients in environmental and regulatory matters, focusing on developing and planning investment projects in Chile and their processing in the Environmental Impact Assessment System.
José Domingo has extensive experience advising a range of companies in developing strategies and procedures to obtain environmental and sectoral permits. He also represents clients in sanctioning processes followed before administrative authorities and their respective judicial claims in the ordinary courts of justice. Furthermore, he assists companies in environmental compliance audits and environmental due diligence.
