Mr. Dubofsky has nearly 20 years of experience advising clients on their most complex domestic and cross-border transactions. He regularly advises on significant public and private company mergers and acquisitions, investments and governance matters, private equity investments, and activism and hostile takeover defense for public company clients.

He works closely with boards of directors, management, and shareholders on a wide-range of related matters and is frequently engaged by Northern California-based and global clients in the technology, healthcare and life sciences, transportation, retail and private equity sectors for multi-billion dollar, buy-side, and sell-side transactions.
