Joseph Serino, Jr. is a partner in Latham’s New York office and specializes in securities, antitrust and commercial litigation. Mr. Serino has represented numerous investment banks, broker-dealers, private equity funds and hedge funds in civil actions, class actions, regulatory actions and arbitrations in a wide array of securities, commodities, antitrust, contractual and tort-related claims. Mr. Serino has appeared on behalf of these entities, and their directors, managers and officers, before numerous state and federal courts, bankruptcy courts, securities regulatory agencies and arbitration tribunals. An experienced trial attorney, Mr. Serino is also a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, with more than 45 bench and jury trials, administrative law trials, and arbitrations tried to verdict or final award.
