Joseph Serino, Jr. is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, with more than 50 bench and jury trials, administrative law trials, and arbitrations tried to verdict or final award. He has a diverse litigation practice, including securities, antitrust, complex commercial, bankruptcy, and arbitration matters on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
