José Ramón advises on a broad range of domestic and international tax matters, including the structuring and formation of investment vehicles, real estate taxation, NPL portfolio transactions, tax-free reorganisations, tax insurance, and tax litigation related to M&A. He has particular experience in the formation and listing of SOCIMIs, advising on tax issues across various asset classes and sectors. He also supports clients with cross-border tax issues, audits, and disputes involving corporate structures and EU/international tax law.
José Ramón is a partner (since 2020) in Pérez-Llorca’s Tax practice. Prior to joining the firm, he was a tax partner at an international law firm and previously worked in the M&A Tax area of a Big Four firm.
