Pérez-Llorca’s Tax team offers recurrent and case-specific advice on national and cross-border taxation to our clients, which include Spanish and international business groups, family-owned companies and individuals.
We advise on areas including:
- Tax litigation: we advise and collaborate on tax audits and similar proceedings carried out by the tax authorities, as well as preparing appeals for the administrative or contentious-administrative courts. Our legal defence encompasses representation before all administrative bodies and courts.
- Transactions and International Taxation: our Tax team advises on corporate and real estate transactions together with Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A and Real Estate teams. The lawyers on the team are highly experienced in setting up and advising Spanish REITs, and are involved in all types of processes including LBOs, MBOs, MBIs, private equity transactions, insolvency and distressed transactions, financing of infrastructures, acceleration, incubation, and financing rounds for start-ups.
