Jonathan Stark

Jonathan represents real estate developers and other entities in all aspects of real estate transactions, including the sale, purchase, financing and leasing of real property.

Jonathan has experience in public and private bond financing transactions representing institutional trustees and escrow agents. He mainly concentrates his practice on the representation of banks, other institutional lenders and commercial borrowers in complex secured and unsecured financing transactions, including term, revolving, construction, working capital, real estate-based, acquisition/purchase money and intercreditor matters.

He represented an international drug company in the negotiation of a build-to-suit lease for a 760,000 square foot office building to be used as its U.S. headquarters in Middlesex County, N.J.

He also represented an institutional real estate investment venture in the $132 million sale of a seven-property retail and mixed-use real estate portfolio.
