Ms. Zhang has over 18 years of extensive practice experience in the field of intellectual property, focusing on complex patent litigation, invalidation, and licensing negotiations. She has also substantial experience in developing corporate IP strategies, conducting patent analysis, and performing IP due diligence. She is particularly adept at handling IP disputes in high-tech industries, including communications, audio-video technology, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and new energy.

Ms. Zhang has represented a wide range of clients, from multinational corporations to startups, successfully managing numerous sophisticated IP conflicts. Known for designing efficient and pragmatic legal strategies, she excels in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes—providing integrated, globally-minded solutions and coordinating parallel litigation across jurisdictions. Her deep expertise in standard-essential patent (SEP) matters is especially recognized. Leveraging a strong legal foundation, technical insight, and a balanced background representing both rights holders and implementers domestically and internationally, Ms. Zhang delivers well-rounded and strategic counsel.
