Jessica Stebbins Bina

Jessica Stebbins Bina, a seasoned commercial litigator, represents market-leading companies in complex, high-stakes, and reputationally sensitive disputes and investigations, particularly within the media, entertainment, and technology industries.

Jessica draws on extensive first-chair experience and her creative approach to litigation strategy to counsel clients from the earliest stages of investigation through state and federal court trials and successful appeals. She defends clients against a range of complex claims, including:
