Jennifer Permesly helps clients devise global strategies for addressing their cross-border disputes and represents them in commercial arbitrations, with a particular emphasis in the financial, mining, construction, and energy sectors. She also has significant experience representing investors and sovereigns in investment treaty arbitrations and in matters involving the US Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.
