Jennifer Permesly helps clients devise global strategies for addressing their cross-border disputes and represents them in commercial arbitrations, with a particular emphasis in the financial, mining, construction, telecom, pharma and energy sectors. She also has significant experience representing investors and sovereigns in investment treaty arbitrations and in matters involving the US Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act. Fluent in Spanish, she often handles disputes involving Latin America. She regularly speaks and writes on developments in international arbitration. She also acts as arbitrator.
