Jennifer Ezring

Practice Areas

Jennifer Ezring is a member of the firm’s Finance Department and Banking Practice and serves as the Chair of the Global Asset Based Lending Group. She advises commercial and investment banks on leveraged finance and asset-based lending transactions across multiple industries.

Ms. Ezring combines a broad range of financing experience in complex US and cross-border transactions to help clients navigate:

• Acquisition financings

• Leveraged buyouts

• Going-private transactions

• Recapitalizations

• Project financings

• Bridge lending and loan commitments

• Out-of-court debt restructurings

• Other secured lending transactions

She is a member of the Board of Directors of LiveGirl and the Board of Governors of Multiplying Good, and she has served on the National Women’s Law Center Leadership Advisory Committee.

Before joining Latham, Ms. Ezring led the asset-based lending practice at another global law firm, where she served on its Executive Committee.
