Also advises companies regarding manufacturing issues and counsels companies on compliance matters and comprehensive risk assessments. Represents senior company officials in preparing for testimony before Congress and FDA Advisory Committees and represents individuals in connection with DOJ and FDA enforcement actions, and has extensive litigation and trial experience. Recognized leader in the food and drug community, and is the immediate past Chair of the Board of Directors of The Food and Drug Law Institute.
