Jeffrey Greenberg

Jeff Greenberg represents financial institutions and private equity sponsors, as well as public and private companies, in connection with all phases of the development and financing of power (including gas, coal, wind, solar, energy storage, landfill gas, biomass, and geothermal-fired power plants), oil and bio diesel refineries, LNG, telecommunications, petrochemicals, fertilizer, and other infrastructure projects.

He previously served as Chair of the firm’s Global Project Development & Finance Practice, a member of the Executive Committee, and Managing Partner for the Los Angeles office, and is currently the Chair of the firm’s Income Partner and Counsel Committee.
