Jeff Greenberg is a partner in the Los Angeles office and Chair of the firm's Global Project Development & Finance Practice. He previously served as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Managing Partner for the Los Angeles office, and Vice Chair of the US Finance Department.

Mr. Greenberg represents private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and public and private companies, in all phases of the financing, acquisition and development of power, oil refinery, ethanol, petrochemicals and other infrastructure projects. His expertise includes structuring and negotiating financing arrangements and secured commodity hedge agreements.
