Jeffrey Aromatorio

Jeffrey Aromatorio is a partner in the Global Corporate Group and is highly respected in the Executive Compensation practice area. Jeffrey advises companies, boards, and compensation committees on all aspects of executive compensation, including the design, implementation and disclosure of equity and cash incentive compensation and retention programs, deferred compensation, executive employment and severance agreements, change in control agreements, and other compensatory arrangements.
