Practice Areas

Josh focuses his practice on commercial finance transactions. He advises banks, private credit funds, business development companies and other registered investment companies, as well as public and private companies on structuring and negotiating a wide range of debt facilities, including growth capital loans, recurring revenue financing, middle market loans, and acquisition financing. He has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in loans to venture and sponsor-backed companies, including secured and unsecured senior and mezzanine loans, with an emphasis on the technology, health care, and life sciences sectors.
