Jean-Philippe Brisson is a partner and Global Co-Chair of the Environmental Regulation & Transactions Practice. He is one of the most experienced environmental commodities lawyers in the market. His clients include the largest emitters in California and a majority of the leading investment banks. He was formerly Vice President at Goldman Sachs where he helped set up and run Goldman's carbon desk. He has experience more broadly with commodities and M&A transactions in the energy sector.
