I have significant experience advising and defending clients under investigation and/or prosecuted by the Serious Fraud Office, Crown Prosecution Service, Financial Conduct Authority, HM Revenue and Customs, Health and Safety Executive, Competition and Markets Authority and Trading Standards.

I also have experience in representing professionals facing fitness to practise investigations or proceedings before many regulators, including the General Pharmaceutical Council, General Medical Council, UK Council for Psychotherapists, Ofsted and British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Although based from the Irwin Mitchell office in Sheffield, I am regularly instructed nationwide to represent companies, directors, professionals and individuals due to my substantial knowledge and expertise in handling complex and serious cases.
