Jamie Wine is an accomplished trial lawyer who has tried and arbitrated a wide variety of business, environmental, and patent cases. Recently she won a US$666 million award for a leading Fortune 500 technology company. She also won a high-profile and precedent-setting victory for the US Soccer Federation (after being retained to replace prior trial counsel), obtaining dismissal of the equal pay claims alleged by the US Senior Women’s National Team. In addition to her trial practice, Ms. Wine represents clients in a variety of complex commercial and securities litigation matters, as well as in SEC and other regulatory investigations. Ms. Wine regularly advises Fortune 500 companies, the Big Four accounting firms, and a number of financial institutions on their most important litigation and regulatory matters in courts and venues throughout the United States.
