Jim Tate concentrates his practice in the areas of banking and commercial lending, secured transactions, real estate, creditors' rights and general commercial law. He devotes the majority of his professional time to the negotiation and documentation of a variety of corporate financing, commercial lending and real estate transactions including revolving credit and term loan facilities, real estate loans, real estate development projects and commercial transactions involving aircraft.
