James P Davies

James specialises in representing children and adults who have suffered brain and/or spinal cord injuries, amputations or multiple trauma. He has extensive experience in obtaining substantial interim payments to fund treatment, rehabilitation and other professional support for his clients, as well as securing adapted accommodation and specialist equipment where this is needed. He leads a team of specialist serious injury lawyers at the Bristol office.

James was educated at Hilton College, South Africa, and Tonbridge School, Kent. He obtained a law degree from Cardiff University, qualifying as solicitor in 1998.
