Bringing over 20 years' experience in commercial litigation to his work, James acts for clients on a broad range of commercial disputes and frequently advises banks and insolvency practitioners on contentious and non-contentious matters relating to receiverships, liquidations, administrations and compromises. He works closely with bankers, legal counsel, boards, CFOs and CEOs, and insolvency practitioners.

James is highly regarded for his collaborative and thorough approach to managing complex cases, and is described as “an expert in insolvency and has a natural ability to home in on exactly what his clients need.”
