Christina is a partner in Denton Kensington Swan’s Environment and Planning Team. Her experience spans from providing strategic legal advice on major infrastructure projects and designations, to appearing in Board of Inquiry and Environment Court hearings.
She regularly advises industrial, commercial, residential and government clients on all aspects of the Resource Management Act 1991 and associated legislation, efficiently guiding them through the consenting process from the early stages of a business case through to resolution of appeals and compliance during the construction process.
