Hayley Miller

Hayley is a technology, media, telecommunications and data commercial lawyer. She has a multi-disciplinary practice; often at the intersection of technology, privacy and consumer law. Her clients span a broad range of industries and sectors from banking, payments and Fintech to Healthtech and medical devices, ecommerce and other innovative technology.

Hayley assists clients with development, use, commercialisation, procurement and deployment of technology, with a particular focus on software and SaaS offerings; eCommerce; and commercialisation of new technologies, including AI, autonomous vehicles and drones, voice recognition and block chain. She has advised clients on the legal aspects of, drafted and negotiated agreements relating to, and published and presented publicly on a wide range of these in multiple industry sectors.

Hayley is an expert in privacy and big data, regularly advising on regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, data sovereignty and other issues. She assists clients utilising big data within their organisations and utilising analytics as the base for new ventures. Hayley has advised on GDPR compliance for many non-EU organisations.

Hayley is also an expert in telecommunications regulation and equipment procurement and deployment. The majority of Hayley’s other commercial work is in the media and advertising space. She is a true TMT all-rounder.
