Idan focuses his practice on advising international high growth emerging technology companies, venture capital investors and large multinational corporations. Idan’s vast experience extends to corporate and partnership matters, including cross-border international investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, international tax, transfer pricing, tax planning and restructurings, international IP planning and exploitation, and tax controversy.
