He advises high-growth international technology companies, venture capital investors, and multinational corporations on a broad range of legal and strategic matters. Idan’s vast experience extends to corporate and partnership matters, including equity and debt financings and cross-border international investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, international tax, transfer pricing, tax planning and restructurings, international IP planning and exploitation, and tax controversy. To date, Idan has led more than 300 venture capital financing transactions, representing well over $10 billion in combined equity and debt funding.
