Heidi is a partner in the firm’s Environmental and Product Liability Litigation practice groups. She focuses her practice on environmental counseling in business, regulatory and legislative matters; environmental and toxic tort litigation; environmental enforcement actions; site remediation; and compliance with environmental regulations. Heidi’s niche practice is serving as national environmental counsel to large companies pursuant to value-based pricing arrangements, providing a cost-effective comprehensive approach to managing EHS issues. Heidi is also the founder and co-chair of Thompson Hine’s ESG Collaborative, leading a diverse team of lawyers to counsel companies on ESG related issues.
