Our extensive litigation experience spans claims under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA, or Superfund Act), Clean Water Act (CWA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Endangered Species Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and other federal, state and local land use and environmental statutes.
