GRETCHEN LAMBERG is a co-leader of Sidley’s Banking, Payments and Fintech practice. She represents a wide range of entities involved in financial and payment systems, including insured depository institutions, technology providers, payment processors and systems, and retailers. Her practice has a particular emphasis on assisting clients with structuring and evaluating strategic relationships designed to bring consumer financial products and services to market, including drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements such as program agreements, servicing agreement and forward flow agreements. She also assists clients with respect to regulatory matters related to such relationships and products, such as complying with laws and regulations, responding to regulatory reforms, and preparing regulatory submissions.
