Gregg LoCascio is a leader of the Firm’s intellectual property practice and a member of the Firm’s Global Management Committee. He has experience in patent, trademark, false advertising, and trade secret matters and routinely serves as first chair in litigation matters before juries, judges, and arbitration panels. An engineer by training, he is a highly-regarded advocate and is adept at making complex technologies understandable to all. In addition to a strong record of trial wins, he is also a successful advocate at the PTAB, the International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
