Administrative Litigation
Gilda joined Galicia in 2012 and is an associate in the Administrative Litigation practice.
She focuses on designing defense strategies against acts of authority, specifically through amparo and nullity proceedings as well as administrative procedures. Gilda is an expert in addressing matters related to privacy and data protection, infrastructure, social security, urban development, taxes and public bids, among others.
Previously, she worked at a renowned Mexican law firm as a law clerk in the administrative litigation practice.
Gilda is a member of Abogadas MX and has been an adjunct professor for the Human Rights course at Universidad Panamericana.
She studied law at Universidad Panamericana (2012) and has an LL.M. from University of Chicago’s Law School (2017). More recently, she has successfully completed a master’s degree in Constitutional Law and Human Rights at Universidad Panamericana.
