Frank Monaco has more than 26 years of experience helping insurance and reinsurance companies across the spectrum of transactional and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, life and annuity closed blocks, the acquisition of property and casualty (P&C) runoff portfolios and discontinued insurance businesses.

Frank advises asset managers on reinsurance and other transactions with insurers and reinsurers. He works with life insurers, reinsurers and lenders on reserve financing transactions, including work-outs and restructurings; and has advised financial guaranty and mortgage guaranty monoline insurers on product development, policy drafting and reinsurance matters. Frank also holds expertise in advising on insurance holding company laws, legal investment questions, formation and licensing matters and the insurance law aspects of the Dodd-Frank Act.
