Fiona MacAdam is a partner in the firm's Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group and is based in Walkers' Cayman Islands office.
Fiona has extensive experience advising debtors, creditors, and insolvency practitioners on restructuring and insolvency matters.
She focuses on cross-border restructuring transactions and advising on both creditor and shareholder schemes of arrangement and formal insolvency procedures in the Cayman Islands. She also has experience of multi-jurisdictional and cross-border restructuring transactions, including advising on a number of schemes of arrangement.
Fiona is part of our Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group, and has been involved in many leading and high-profile multi-jurisdictional restructuring cases in the offshore market. She often appears before the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands on debt restructurings, as well as corporate restructurings, reorganisations, and acquisitions and privatisations of Hong Kong-listed entities implemented by Cayman Islands schemes of arrangement.
