Nathalie is based in Walkers' Bermuda office and advises clients on a range of finance transactions including leveraged buy-outs, subscription line and other fund financings, securitisations (including CLOs and ILS).
Nathalie also advises clients on shipping and aviation asset finance, restructurings, project finance, and other complex cross-border financings. That includes major operating lessors, financiers, airliners and ship operators, as well as leading onshore law firms on finance, leasing and registration transactions.
