Insurance-based financing (including lending to insurance-focused funds, regulatory capital raises and loans to collateralised reinsurance structures)

Adam also has experience of equity capital raises (including preference share financings) and of forming and maintaining investment funds, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure and hedge funds.
