She focuses particularly on shareholder and boardroom disputes, contested takeovers, and contentious and non-contentious solvent and insolvent corporate restructuring and complex insolvency. As part of Walkers' Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group, her work extends to all areas of company law in which a litigation risk might come up, or the need to apply to the court.
She started working at Walkers in 2016.
