Iain Tucker is a partner in the Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group at Walkers in the BVI.
Iain advises on contentious commercial work, focusing on international insolvency and fraud-related litigation.
As a member of our Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group, he has extensive experience of complex, high-value cross-border disputes and proceedings. Iain regularly acts for clients based in North America, China and East Asia.
Iain has particular expertise in helping clients with freezing orders and other urgent injunctive relief, often in foreign Court and arbitration proceedings. He is an experienced advocate and has appeared in the British Virgin Islands Commercial Court (often as lead advocate), the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court Court of Appeal and the Privy Council.
Iain is a member of the Commercial Fraud Lawyers Association (UK).
