Career

I’m a partner at the Rome office and operate also at the Supreme Court level in Italy.

My focus is on antitrust and regulatory law, as well as civil and administrative litigation. My experience in regulatory law and in the TMT sector is widely recognised by the market.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird in 2016, I was a legal officer for the Italian Communications Authority and worked for 11 years as senior associate in the Rome and Brussels offices of an international law firm, where I specialised on antitrust law, regulatory law and litigation. In 2005, I was appointed “Young Administrative Counsel of the Year” by the Italian Society for Administrative Lawyers (SIAA). I have also been a consultant to the World Bank for antitrust law.

I’m a contract professor at the Italian National School of Administration, where I give lectures on Internet and Media Law, and I’m the author of numerous publications in both national and international journals on competition law. I have published one of the most important manuals on electronic communications law.

I hold an LLM from the University of Cambridge and a PhD in Regulatory Science from the LUMSA University of Rome.
