Our Competition & EU law team is unique due to its expertise at the interface of competition law and intellectual property, and between competition law and sector regulation in network industries.

Consequently, our group consists of both fully dedicated antitrust lawyers and cross-practice fee-earners which come from our Intellectual Property, Regulatory & Administrative and Dispute Resolution practices.

Our team both at national and international level benefits from the expertise of several former high-ranking members of national competition authorities or the European Commission's Directorate-General for Competition, including a former Director and Hearing Officer of the Commission. This experience adds significant value to our advice to clients; our deep insight into the competition authorities' policies, process and operations help us to devise strategic approaches to disputes and transactions.
