Dev’s practice concentrates on domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions and other debt financings in a variety of industries including automotive, food & beverage, telecommunications, media and retail.
Dev has extensive experience representing banks and other financial institutions in a variety of debt finance transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, bridge loans, acquisition financings, capital calls, refinancing and recapitalization facilities, intercreditor arrangements and secured creditor issues.
