Andrew is a lawyer with the Labour, Employment and Human Rights group. Andrew’s practice covers all areas of workplace law.

Andrew provides proactive and strategic advice to employers in order to find practical solutions to workplace issues. Andrew’s practice includes advising employers on workplace policies, executive compensation, restrictive covenants, privacy issues, terminations, grievances, human rights accommodation, employment standards claims, severance analysis, employee discipline, ownership of work product, corporate transactions, insolvency and restructuring matters, and workplace investigations.

Andrew regularly acts as counsel for employers in wrongful dismissal claims, human rights complaints, grievance arbitrations, and employment standards complaints.
