Represents clients on a broad spectrum of environmental compliance, permitting, enforcement, risk management and transactional matters. Significant expertise in the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts, CERCLA, the Endangered Species Act and related State statutes, including New Jersey's Industrial Site Recovery Act. His practice covers all environmental aspects of corporate, financial and real property transactions and regularly involves representation of developers, energy companies (both conventional and renewable), sellers, purchasers, lenders and underwriters in asset and stock acquisitions, IPO’s, high-yield debt offerings, commercial credit facilities and project finance transactions.
