Christian specialises in insolvency and restructuring law, general business law and mergers and acquisitions. Christian is restructuring administrator or trustee in a considerable number of restructuring or bankruptcy proceedings. Christian is also engaged in a large number of out-of-court restructuring proceedings and advises financial creditors. Many cases have international dimensions, where Christian has considerable experience in cross-border restructuring and other insolvency proceedings.

Career

Christian became a partner in 2009.

Christian is currently a member of the firm's Board of Directors.

Member of the Danish Bar Association and the Association of Danish Insolvency Lawyers.

Publications

Author of books and articles on insolvency, reconstruction, and lectures frequently on insolvency law at Aarhus University.
